We will meet you at the property to check you in and go though how to use all the appliances in the house.
Our business hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for all general reservation/booking inquiries & then contactable after business hours for in-house guest queries & urgent matters.
If you are going to arrive earlier or later than expected, please make contact as soon as possible so that an alternative check in time can be arranged.

  3. This property has a no noise after 10pm policy. Please be respectful to our neighbourhood and keep noise minimum at night.
  4. You must be at least 22 years of age to check-in. A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.
  5. Every guest is personally liable for all charges and remains liable for all damages to the property.
  6. For security measure, 2 CCTV is installed within the property. One is located on second floor facing the main entrance of the house. Another is located at balcony on second floor facing riverside and grill’d area. Please do not move, cover or disconnect CCTV, or fine will be applied
